How to Track Your Order

Tracking your package is a simple process. Follow these three steps to see exactly where your order is:

1. Check Your Inbox

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send a shipping confirmation to your registered email ID. This email contains two vital pieces of information:

  • The Tracking Number: A unique code assigned to your package.

  • The Courier Name: The shipping company handling your delivery (e.g., DTDC, EKART, India Post , Mahavir Courier. etc.).

2. Visit the Courier Website

Open your web browser and search for the official website of the courier company mentioned in your email.

Tip: You can also simply type the tracking number directly into Google search, as it can often detect the courier and provide a tracking link automatically.

3. Enter Your Details

On the courier’s website, look for a section labeled "Track Order," "Trace," or "Consignment Tracking." * Enter your Tracking Number into the input box.

  • Click "Search" or "Track."

What Information Will I See?

Once you submit the number, the website will display the current status of your order, such as:

  • Order Picked Up: The courier has received the package.

  • In Transit: Your package is moving between facilities.

  • Out for Delivery: The package is with the local driver and will arrive today.

  • Delivered: The package has reached its destination.
